Maine Sting Basketball
Maine Sting Basketball Launched in 2018 with the hopes to provide athletes in Grades 3 -12 a platform to showcase their talents and desire to learn across the state of Maine. Maine Sting Athletics has competed at the highest of levels.
On the boys side in 2021 Maine Sting 9th Grade boys reached the Zero Gravity National Championship game only to fall to a team out of New York City in Overtime. This marked the best finish for Maine Sting at the Nationals
On the girls side in 2022 the Maine Sting 8th Grade girls not only reach but they won the Zero Gravity National Championship!
Over the course of a few years Maine Sting has helped mold and contribute to the success of many athletes who have ventured on to play college athletics not only in basketball but other sports.
